Ektoras was born and raised in Cyprus, and completed his education in the United States. He attended Berklee College of Music on a scholarship, and he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Music in Performance and a minor in musical theater.

He then attended Boston University, where he received his Master of Music in Voice Performance. During his studies in the USA, he got the opportunity to participate in the workshop process for two new musicals, and train with the Boston University Opera Institute.

He has been performing as a lyric baritone, and his career as a voice teacher has been focused on working with actors, professional, and pre-professional singers. He is passionate about giving people the technical tools needed to express themselves with ease and consistency.

Bianca Ogris is a dancer and dance teacher as well as a former artistic gymnast living in Vienna. Since she was three years old, the Carinthian native has been training in a wide variety of dance styles, devoting herself primarily to contemporary, acro dance, jazz, ballet, lyrical and commercial styles.

The highlights of her dance career to date include TV appearances (ORF, Die Große Chance 2024, solo act), video projects (INSPIRO 8 by Dane Bates in Liverpool), theater and musical productions (Klagenfurt City Theater, ensemble member) and participation in competitions at home and abroad with high placings (including Dance World Cup, Austrian Ballet Competition, ASDU, ESDU).

For around two years now, Bianca has also been passing on her knowledge and expertise to her students. In addition to the further training she has already completed, she will be trained as a dance instructor at the University of Vienna in the future. Her lessons are characterised by educational, varied and creative content that is taught with passion and joy. For the trained elementary teacher, learning through play is the main focus, especially when dancing with young children.

Yvonne grew up in Vienna and started dancing at the age of 3. The fascination for movement and rhythm first led her to Latin American children’s dance, before she discovered the world of jazz dance at the Performing Center Austria at the age of 6. There she expanded her dancing horizons with ballet lessons and deepened her passion.

At the age of 11, Yvonne attended tap dance and hip-hop classes. At the age of 9 she started to take part in the Austrian and European Open. In 2014/2015, Yvonne joined the contest group of Kristina’s Broadway Connection. Until 2018 she lived out her passion for dance in this group, refined her individual style and took part in new artistic challenges.

Since 2018/2019, Yvonne has been sharing her enthusiasm as a dance teacher with children from the age of 3 and adults. Her classes span jazz, ballet and hip-hop and are held at prestigious venues such as Danek Dance School, Kiddy Dance Club, KREADANCE, ferien4kids, United Ballet Schools and Das Prema.

Yvonne’s dance style reflects her diverse education and experience. She combines different styles and thus creates her unique dance language. For her, the stage is a place of expression where she shares her love of movement.

In addition to being on stage and teaching, Yvonne loves developing new choreographies and being creative. She strives to continually improve and pass on the art of dance.

 

Pascale Mayer (Podiwinsky)

Pascale MayerPascale found her enthusiasm for sports at a young age and began her journey with acrobatic sports. In 2004 she successfully completed her training as a gymnast, which underlines her skills and commitment to the world of movement and dance. Since the age of 14 she has been passing on her knowledge as a teacher and inspiring young talents.She graduated from the Broadway Academy of Musical Theater and received her acting degree.


Pascale has made a name for herself as a dancer in various outstanding productions. She has danced for events such as the Kultursommer Mödling and the legendary Life Ball. Her stage presence could also be admired in the piece “300 el x 50 el x 30 el” by the FC Bergmann company in the Tanzquartier Wien. She has also taken part in several music videos and has proven her dancing versatility.

Directed by Karl Baratta, she acted in the play “Hallo Aliens”, which was performed at renowned theaters such as Theater Spektakel, WUK and Atelier 10. She also embodied the role of Luisa Miller’s double in the opera “Luisa Miller” at the Graz Opera. Her acting skills were also visible in the Theater an der Wien in Handel’s “Agrippina” in the production by Robert Carsen.

Pascale has always had a passion for writing, which is why she not only wrote this year’s play, but will also direct it with great dedication.
